Mi Casa, Sue Casa

Nancy Pelosi is a left-wing wacko who does not deserve to be in Congress or anywhere with any sort of power. She is an anti-American nutcase. She probably kisses a picture of Osama bin Laden every night before going to sleep...her hero.

Nancy Pelosi tries to force the Salvation Army to hire people who can't speak English.

Monday, November 19, 2007 12:01 a.m. EST

It's been less than a week since New York's Sen. Hillary Clinton and Gov. Eliot Spitzer had to climb down from their support of driver's licenses for illegal aliens. Now House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has moved to kill an amendment that would protect employers from federal lawsuits for requiring their workers to speak English. Among the employers targeted by such lawsuits: the Salvation Army.

Driver's licenses for migrants? Not in Mexico

Amazing...We are supposed to give up our laws and our sovereignty for illegal aliens most of whom are from Mexico. The U.S. needs to start treating illegal aliens AS ILLEGAL ALIENS...no drivers licenses, no in-state tuition at colleges, no benefits of any kind. If these people want benefits then they could go through the proper steps of becoming legal.

MEXICO CITY - The question of whether to give driver's licenses to illegal immigrants ignited a national debate in the United States. But in Mexico, the largest source of U.S. immigrants, there's no question: Here, you must be a legal resident to get a driver's license.

All of Mexico's 31 states, along with Mexico City, require foreigners to present a valid visa if they want a driver's license, according to a survey of states by The Arizona Republic.

Radio station WWFT suspends talk format

WHAT!?!? No more Sean Hannity or Laura Ingraham in Indianapolis???
At least I have XM so I can still listen to Laura Ingraham. Sean Hannity is also on XM but who in their right mind would listen to him?

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WWFT-FM (93.9) will take a holiday break from its “FM Talk” format, choosing to play Christmas music from mid-November through the end of the year instead of on-air personalities Sean Hannity, Michael Savage and Laura Ingraham.

A No. 20 ranking and an audience of 1,600 listeners per average 15-minute segment have been “unacceptable,” according to Chris Wheat, market manager for WWFT and sister stations WFMS-FM (95.5) and WWJK-FM (104.5).
Wheat says the final weeks of the year will be used to evaluate the future of the 93.9 frequency, which has been devoted to Christian music programming and 1980s pop music in recent years.

Vote for a REAL CONSERVATIVE for President

It is really sad that the media is propping only up liberal Republican candidates for President. Giuliani, Romney, and McCain are not true conservatives like Huckabee and Tancredo. The front runners are all big government Republicans unlike Ron Paul.

Unfortunately, I will have to hold my nose in the 2008 general election as a real conservative will probably not win the primaries (of which would be absolutely worthless in my state anyway).

Feds Raid 'Liberty Dollar' HQ in Indiana

SAD...
I guess the government doesn't want competition...The government just wants more power and anyone that gets in the way will get stomped on. If we get a liberal (Clinton, Obama, Giuliani, Romney, etc.) as President, it will only get worse.

By RYAN LENZ – 1 day ago

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (AP) — Federal agents raided the headquarters of a group that produces illegal currency and puts it in circulation, seizing gold, silver and two tons of copper coins featuring Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul.

Agents also took records, computers and froze the bank accounts at the "Liberty Dollar" headquarters during the Thursday raid, Bernard von NotHaus, founder of the National Organization for the Repeal of the Federal Reserve Act & Internal Revenue Code, said in an interview.

The organization, which is critical of the Federal Reserve, has repeatedly clashed with the federal government, which contends that the gold, silver and copper coins it produces are illegal. NORFED claims its Liberty Dollars are inflation free and can restore stability to financial markets by allowing commerce based on a currency that does not fluctuate in value like the U.S. dollar.

"They're running scared right now and they had to do something," von NotHaus told The Associated Press Friday. "I'm volunteering to meet the agents and get arrested so we can thrash this out in court."

According to the company, NORFED has produced an estimated $20 million of its own paper currency in the past two decades, claiming its $1, $5 and $10 denominations were backed by silver stored in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Federal agents also raided the group's storage facilities in Idaho, von NotHaus said.

Wendy Osborne, a spokeswoman for the FBI's Indianapolis office, declined to comment and referred all questions to the U.S. attorney's office for the Western District of North Carolina. Suellen Pierce, a spokeswoman for that office, also declined to comment.

In a federal seizure warrant given to the AP by von NotHaus, federal agents allege the money and other properties seized in the raid were linked to money laundering, mail fraud and wire fraud.

The raid comes eight months after von NotHaus filed a lawsuit in federal court in Evansville seeking a permanent injunction to stop the federal government from labeling the Liberty Dollar an illegal currency.

The U.S. Mint issued a warning this year that the Liberty Dollar violated the Constitution and warned consumers against using them unsuspectingly.

Paul's campaign said it had not authorized production of the Ron Paul dollars.

"We have no connection with that," said Jesse Benton, a campaign spokesman for Paul. "He was using Ron as a marketing technique. We didn't have anything to do with that or sanction it or give permission in any way."
